Our next Beginners Course starts on Tuesday September 12th 2017. This is a 10 week course designed for new runners and those returning to running after a break. Each week the session comprises a warm up followed by a series of run /walk intervals , progressively building up the time running until in the final graduation week you will be able to run 5K. Each session is led by qualified Run Leaders.
